Balboa Park is great for many reasons. I enjoy the pockets defined throughout the park for activities like naps, picnics, and physical activities. When it dawned on me that I’ve been toying with this embodiment exercise and could offer the public a glimpse, I decided to put on a demonstration, mostly for myself, to kickstart the practice. Balance Embodiment is designed to be performed in a series of exercises resulting in base body for development. Now you can look good at your desired gym while working out. Go ahead and show off to pull that girl in.

 

Okay, so at Balboa Park, I climbed the hill a dozen times, bear crawled the length of shadow from my base tree, crabbed walked half of it, and then summersaulted the ground three times. I think that is enough to knock out a dozen toddlers, if I had to defend myself that is. Okay, after the session at the stairs, I found the retaining wall pew feature closer to Sixth Avenue. I did triceps dips in the corner and walked and jumped a circle around it in between. I also did a set of straight jumps onto the lower curb of the retaining wall.

 

There were some enticing items scattered in the field that I won’t mention here but they are there for you to discover. Scrolling out slowly, I lingered at an intersection and checked out the scene. I expected an entity to walk up to me and challenge me to a duel but that was only in my head to keep my posture up. All the girls were walking vanilla. Oh, I almost master roshied it, the practice of Balance Embodiment goes beyond what is mentioned here today. There will be sessions foreign to the western world and to the world in its entirety.
