(Month 1: Launch Post)
I’ve spent the last decade building two parallel skillsets — architecture and music — and for a long time I kept them separate. One belonged to the world of drafting, revisions, and permit sets. The other belonged to late‑night sessions, experimental workflows, and the ghost‑persona I’ve been shaping through the Pronounced Ghost project.
This year, I’m merging them.
I’m opening up my independent practice to the public with a set of services that sit right at the intersection of design, creativity, and technical clarity. These are the same skills I’ve used to survive, to build, to create, and to stay sharp. Now they’re available to anyone who needs them.
This is the beginning of Month 1 of my 90‑Day Income Plan — the foundation that will eventually support a much larger institution. But for now, it’s simple: I’m offering what I’m good at, what I’ve mastered, and what I can deliver immediately.
Here’s what I’m opening up.
1. Independent Architectural Consulting
This is the core of my professional practice. If you need clean, permit‑ready drawings or technical revisions, I can take your project from rough concept to a clear, buildable set.
Services I’m offering right now:
Electrical plan revisions
Light‑gauge steel framing (LGSF) conversions
As‑built drafting
Small residential design
ADU layouts
Tenant improvements
Concept plans (2–4 floors)
Annotation cleanup and sheet organization
Who this is for:
Homeowners
Contractors
Architects needing overflow support
Developers with small‑scale projects
Anyone who needs fast, accurate drafting
Why work with me:
I work clean, fast, and with the clarity of someone who’s been inside the revision trenches. I don’t over‑promise. I deliver exactly what the project needs.
2. Creative Environment Design (Micro‑Studios & Workspaces)
This is where architecture meets music.
I design small, efficient, creative spaces — the kind of rooms where ideas actually happen. If you’re a musician, podcaster, content creator, or someone who needs a functional creative environment, I can help you shape the room around your workflow.
Services include:
Home studio layout
Acoustic treatment planning
Podcast room design
Bedroom‑to‑studio conversions
Creative office layouts
Music classroom design
Why this matters:
A creative environment is a tool. When the room is wrong, the work suffers. When the room is right, everything flows.
This service is the early prototype of something much bigger I’m building — a future museum‑studio dedicated to creative environments. But for now, it starts with individual rooms, one at a time.
3. Music Mentorship & Demo Production
I’ve spent years building my own sound, workflow, and creative identity. Now I’m opening that process to beginners who want to get started without wasting years in trial‑and‑error.
What I offer:
One‑on‑one production coaching
Demo‑ready track creation
Workflow tutoring
Creative identity development
“Pronounced Beginner” 4‑week program
8‑week deep‑dive program
Who this is for:
Beginners who want to learn fast
Artists who need a demo
Anyone who wants a structured, clear path into music production
Why it works:
I teach the shortcuts I wish someone gave me. You don’t need expensive gear. You need a system.
4. Why I’m Doing This Now
This isn’t just about income — though income is part of the plan. This is about building the foundation for a larger institution I’m designing: a hybrid of architecture, music, environmental design, and cultural preservation.
But every large structure starts with a first brick.
These services are my first bricks.
They’re the work I can do right now, with the skills I already have, while building toward something much bigger — a future studio, a museum of creative environments, and eventually a full‑ride scholarship program for students who want to learn, create, and live in a healthier, more intentional environment.
For now, I’m keeping it simple:
If you need architectural support, a creative space designed, or guidance in music production — I’m available.
